web design
Your site is your storefront, your first impression, and the location to fall in love with your brand…however, it’s often difficult to staff your creative team with the right talent in the right seat at the right time at the right price. We get it! Backlogs often prioritize the bug fixes and will often stifle creativity behind smaller scrum teams rather than creating meaningful interactions that leave lasting impressions – This is where we can help!

Need to update your “above the fold” with a fresh look? We’re happy to help. Are you curious about a complete redesign with micro-interactions that leave a ‘macro’ impact? Let’s explore that redesign together. Need an event landing page? A campaign site? A product page? A lead generation page? A UX audit? We are a simple flat monthly rate subscription away.

Need help bringing the site to life? Our "Site Builder" add-on can be added on to your subscription at any time and we will build your site out using Webflow – like this site :) Framer, Wix, or Squarespace. If you currently have a dedicated dev team, we will package the designs for a frictionless handoff.

signage
Need a sign?

Whoever is writing this copy must love puns! OK...you caught me. It's me. I love puns...almost as much as we love designing signage. Our signage solutions turn spaces into brand experiences. Whether it's storefronts, point-of-sales, wayfinding, end caps, or events, we design on-brand (or off-brand if you're feeling adventurous) signage for many different applications.

digital style guides
If your product is the "song" then buttons, brand colors, and typography is the melody and harmonies. Grids are your rhythm section. Components are your verses and choruses. In this musical metaphor, digital style guides is the sheet music...the score...the north star for the musicians and vocalist. If you need help composing a comprehensive digital style guide or help updating and maintaining an extending one, we are happy to help!

FAQs

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

+

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

+

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?

+

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. For example, landing pages, brand guidelines, long form copy projects may take longer than the 24-48 hour targeted time.

What programs do you design in?

+

Most requests are designed using Figma however fiddlefish will deliver designs in illustrator, photoshop, xd, and figma as requested.

How do I request designs?

+

fiddlefish offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

What if I don't like the design?

+

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

+

fiddlefish does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), and document design (medical forms, etc.)
